The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vision and leadership for the oncology service line, overseeing a team of 12 oncologists and 3+ APPs, and driving the integration of oncology services across multiple regional campuses. This key strategic leadership position requires a Board Certified Medical Oncologist with demonstrated leadership experience, strong emotional intelligence, and a team-based approach. The Chief of Oncology will also be instrumental in the development and oversight of clinical programs, operational excellence, and quality initiatives, as well as fostering collaboration with surgical and radiation oncology, and the system leadership team. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Oncology role at the company will have a background in clinical research, academic collaboration, and multidisciplinary care, and must be aligned with the organization's faith-based mission and values. The role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a high-impact regional oncology program within a newly built Cancer Institute that is supported by significant capital investment and a strong system-wide commitment.
