Banking and Commercial Finance Associate – NYC

Thompson Coburn is seeking a Banking and Commercial Finance Associate with 4+ years of experience to join its New York office. This position will be primarily lender focused in the representation of banks, funds and other providers of credit in a variety of financing transactions, including cash-flow and asset-based lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding commercial finance structures and issues, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work within a team environment. This role involves managing complex transactions, resolving challenges, and providing tailored solutions to clients in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must also have exceptional academic achievement, excellent analytical and writing skills and strong interpersonal skills.The salary range for this position in our New York office is $220,000-$290,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job-related factors. The range listed is just one of Thompson Coburn’s total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.This position is open to recruiters.
