Location: Boston, MA | Hybrid FlexibilitySalary Range: $120K-$150K | Bonus EligibleSchedule: Full-time, Exempt | Monday-Friday, 9-5About the OpportunityAn extremely reputable and respected law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to support a growing volume of commercial real estate activity. This newly created opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative team of more than 30 attorneys while building and expanding an existing client portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical legal experience with a business-development mindset and the ability to manage sophisticated commercial real estate matters from inception through closing.Key QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school3–5+ years of relevant Commercial Real Estate Attorney experience within a law firm or in-house legal departmentActive membership in the Massachusetts BarStrong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsExperience handling commercial leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactionsExisting book of business strongly preferredAbility to balance incoming partner-driven work with independent client development effortsResponsibilitiesManage commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions from inception through closingDraft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and related transaction documentsHandle real estate financing matters, including loan documentation for lenders and borrowersConduct and analyze due diligence materials, including title, survey, zoning, and land use mattersProvide practical, business-oriented legal counsel to clientsMaintain and strengthen client relationships while contributing to business development initiativesAdvance Your Legal CareerIf you are a motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney seeking a dynamic opportunity with a highly respected law firm, we encourage you to apply today.Founded in 1969, JOHNLEONARD, a woman-owned business, is the premier staffing choice in Boston and beyond.
