Job Description About T-ROCS FITNESS LLC T-ROCS FITNESS LLC (TRF) is a performance-driven health and wellness company headquartered in San Jose, CA. We operate across in-home personal training, corporate wellness, adaptive fitness (SDP), online coaching, and youth performance development. Our San Jose office serves as the pilot location for a scalable corporate wellness expansion model across Silicon Valley. We are building infrastructure — not just offering sessions. Position Overview: This is a high-visibility, leadership-track role designed for an ambitious individual seeking real-world experience in business development, corporate relationship management, and wellness operations.The Client Success Manager (CSM) will serve as TRF's primary in-building representative, responsible for driving relationships, engagement, and growth within a six-story professional office environment.This is not a clerical role.This is a brand-facing, growth-centered position with long-term expansion potential. Core Responsibilities: Act as TRF's corporate wellness ambassador within the buildingDevelop and maintain relationships with professionals, executives, and business tenantsLead client onboarding and ensure a seamless entry into the TRF ecosystemDrive internal referrals and engagement initiativesSupport client retention through proactive communicationCollaborate with trainers to optimize scheduling and overall client experienceTrack key performance metrics tied to revenue growthContribute to strategic planning for expansion into additional corporate locations What We're Looking For (Key Skills): Strong interpersonal and communication skillsConfidence engaging with professionals and decision-makersHigh level of organization and personal accountabilitySocial intelligence and relationship-building abilityProactive mindset with strong initiativeProfessional presence and brand awarenessInterest in leadership, business development, and growth environments Education & Background (Preferred): Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in:MarketingBusiness AdministrationCommunicationsPublic RelationsPsychology or related fieldRelevant experience may include:Leadership roles (student organizations, athletics, etc.)Sales, customer service, or client-facing rolesFitness, wellness, or health-related background (a plus) Schedule & Compensation: Part-Time: Monday – FridayHours: 09:30 AM – 3:00 PMCompensation: $25–$35/hour + performance-based incentives Perks & Work Environment: Private company office suite in a professional corporate buildingiMac desktop + MacBook workstationPersonal office key + building key fob accessOn-site gym accessCoffee and professional workspace environmentDirect mentorship and exposure to business operations Growth Opportunity: This role includes a clear pathway into Corporate Wellness Leadership as TRF scales across additional office locations.
