Dialer Administrator

A company is looking for a Dialer Administrator to provide administration and support for a Contact Center platform. Key Responsibilities Support the development and management of the Five9 platform for inbound/outbound and Omnichannel strategies Manage daily list processes and load balancing from CRM systems while analyzing omnichannel strategy analytics Establish relationships with business partners to resolve performance and enhancement issues impacting the contact center Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Awareness of omnichannel strategies for outbound contact including IVR, SMS, Email, and Chatbot Experience in Five9, MailChimp, Google, and basic ticketing systems 2 years of experience in a contact center environment Demonstrated knowledge of call center KPI metrics and compliance guidelines Proficiency with Google suite and strong organizational skills
