The Mental Health Director will oversee mental health programs and services, lead strategic planning, and ensure compliance with OHA. Responsibilities include conducting research to improve service delivery, managing projects, supervising staff, and developing effective health strategies. Collaboration with stakeholders and team leadership is an integral part of the role. This role requires 50% client care.QualificationsExpertise in Health Economics and Health Policy to guide decision-making and program developmentComprehensive skills in Research to analyze data, identify trends, and propose improvementsProficiency in Project Management and Strategic Planning to manage initiatives and achieve organizational goalsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for team oversight and stakeholder engagementMaster's degree or higher in the mental health field, Psychology, LCP, LMFT, and LSCW or a related field is preferredExperience in mental health program management or administration is highly desirableThis is a salary position: $100,000-$125,000 annually
