SummaryProvides oversight of RN/ LPN/CNA and secretarial staff in the performance of daily duties. Assists in problems solving to help alleviate clinical issues and processes on the assigned unit. Act as the clinical resource person, working as a team with the nurse manager, staff and the provider to identify the plan of care for each patient. Supports nurse manager in developing work plans that enable the unit to reach financial/quality/safety/operational targets.
