They are trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing an unforgettable experience for every customer.Bring your A-game to MilkShake Factory and champion our culture with excellence and integrity.Prepare our premium chocolate, facing and interacting with guests. Operate and maintaining the tools and equipment needed for chocolate making. Keep the work station and displays clean, organized and beautiful. Offer tastings to guests as they pass the chocolate display. Engage them in conversation and discuss the offerings and the process involved in their creation.Dive into helping the rest of the milkshake team when needed to keep other stations running smoothly during busy times.Amp up the customer's love as a brand advocate, showing genuine enthusiasm and top-tier customer service.Boost those sales with your creative flairsampling, product recommendations, and subtle upselling moves.Master the art of crafting high-quality chocolates while sticking to the recipe and presentation standards.
