Our client is a product company in the travel tech industry that helps remote-first companies stay compliant while they scale.Working here means you’ll have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world while architecting & building greenfield products and features. As the company is growing rapidly, new teams are being formed to drive innovation. This includes technical enablement of the team, creating new PoCs, AI-assisted coding (Claude AI) building MVPs, and launching new product lines to further expand the platform.Here, you will work on greenfield projects. You get the chance to develop end-to-end solutions, from design to implementation. You’ll be leading a team of 5+ engineers and work alongside the product manger and report directly to the Head of Technology. Your job includes hands-on coding (40-50%), technical architecture, code reviews, mentoring senior engineers, hiring, and etc.Hard/ Must-Have Requirements:Minimum 2 years of work experience with Java 17+ and Angular 15+Docker: Hands-on experience with containerization (build/test/deploy)2+ years of experience managing a team Experience with Public Cloud & CI/CD**This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
