Variable Hour inBalance Health Advocate

DescriptionJoin the inBalance Employee Wellness Program and play a key role in supporting the health and well-being of City of Springfield employees. This variable hour position provides both coordination and programmatic support to help maintain daily operations, enhance employee communication, and assist with the planning and implementation of wellness initiatives throughout the year.The inBalance Health Advocate serves as an important point of contact for employees, helping ensure smooth program delivery while contributing to initiatives such as Wellness Wednesday communications, health assessments, flu clinics, and the Parks discounted membership program.
