Job SummaryThe Offsite Production Worker (Pallet Operations) plays a key role in supporting pallet processing, repair, and movement activities at offsite customer locations. Role Overview & ResponsibilitiesAs an Offsite Production Worker, you will:Perform a variety of tasks at offsite customer facilities by adapting to different work environments and departmentsSupport pallet production operations based on daily workload and facility needsPartner with warehouse, transportation, and onsite supervisors to complete assigned tasksIdentify and understand different pallet types and gradesMeet or exceed daily production and operational goalsOperate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other production equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety procedures and escalate technical or process issues to leadershipCollaborate effectively with facility staff to support customer expectations and performance standardsPerform other duties as assigned What We're Looking ForExperience in warehouse, production, pallet repair, or labor-intensive work preferredAbility to work safely with tools and equipmentStrong adaptability and willingness to work in various offsite environmentsProactive, hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solvingStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work cooperatively with supervisors and team membersHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, bend, walk, and stoop for extended periodsAbility to lift, push, and pull heavy materials repeatedly throughout the workdayComfortable performing physically demanding labor in fast-paced conditions Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a warehouse environment. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels.
