Designed by the legendary 1989 Ryder Cup captain, Raymond Floyd, the course is surrounded by protected wetlands and wildlife that never disappoint! The club is currently hiring for Starters/Marshals.Primary responsibilities include:Provides information regarding course, play time and other golf-related communicationsVerifies that all revenues have been properly recorded by inspecting receipts for all players before they depart to course, practice tee, or rangeDetermines rate of course playKeeps assistant Golf Professional informed about rate of course playAlways maintains clean and orderly appearance of starter boothArranges players in proper starting order and assigns appropriate teesAssigns cartsSupplies players with score cards, pencils, and rules of playAssists golfers when neededOther duties as assignedRequired SkillsEvaluation of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.Strong communication skills.Attention to detail.Conscientious of time.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIORNMENT REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
