Account Representative

Responsibilities - Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential new clients and opportunities for business development. - Engage in inside sales activities, including upselling products and services to current clients. - Utilize our software tools to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. - Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate with clients. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner. Requirements - Previous experience in retail sales or account management is preferred. - Familiarity with lead generation techniques and business development strategies. - Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce for account management and reporting. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Experience in technical sales is a plus but not required. - A proactive attitude focused on achieving results and exceeding client expectations.
