We need a highly motivated self-starter with an engaging personality who thrives in a team environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Coordinate appointments for our patients and clinician team. Authorize our medical orders with patients' health insurance providers. Answer questions about our services and update patients about their care via in person/call/text/email. Reach out to patients for scheduling and coordinate with our clinicians’ schedules. WHO YOU ARE: Motivated, friendly, a good listener, and detail-oriented. Interested in a career in modern technology-enabled health care. Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks. Easily develops rapport and likes to work in a collegial, supportive environment. Experience with Epic EHR is a plus. Familiarity with insurance providers and managing calls is preferred, but we will provide training.
