CNC Lathe Set-Up/Operator

Job description A well-established aerospace manufacturing company in Phoenix is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Set-Up/Operator. You need to be detailed oriented, highly organized, creative, flexible and a great team player. Job description Your tasks and responsibilities A self-motivated individual that displays passion, optimism and an outstanding work ethic Adapts to changes in the work environment and the ability to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous tasks. Shop floor CNC Lathe manufacturing activities. Trouble shoot and solve manufacturing issues on the shop floor. Create and revise CNC programs. Review and follow written documents such as, work instructions and job aids. Support business needs as they apply to attendance, overtime, punctuality, and shift. Overtime and Weekends as needed Knowledge and Experience Required High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of previous manufacturing experience required, Aerospace preferred. Knowledge and experience with Haas turning centers helpful. Advanced knowledge of GD&T and Engineering Drawings interpretation required. Have strong math skills. Understanding of quality systems requirements. (AS9100, ISO9001 etc.) Good interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills. Competitive salary dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time
