The successful candidate will build executive-level relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and help customers navigate AI transformation initiatives across customer experience, operations, and product functions.This is not a transactional sales environment. Strategic AEs will architect tailored solutions, work cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and directly influence future product direction and sales strategy.Responsibilities• Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts• Drive both net-new revenue and expansion opportunities• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units and geographies• Lead large, complex enterprise sales cycles involving multi-product and customised solutions• Build executive relationships across product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams• Act as a trusted advisor on AI transformation and long-term strategic initiatives• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams• Translate bespoke customer engagements into scalable frameworks and repeatable sales motions• Feed customer insights and market intelligence into product strategy and roadmap discussions• Drive creative outbound engagement strategies including executive briefings, onsite meetings, and eventsRequirements• 6–10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience• Proven track record closing and expanding seven-figure enterprise deals• Experience managing complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles• Strong consultative and strategic selling capability• Ability to lead land-and-expand growth strategies within enterprise accounts• Experience structuring customised solutions beyond standard product offerings• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture discussions• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite buyers• Demonstrated ability to influence product direction through customer feedback and market insights• Self-starter mentality with a creative approach to outbound and pipeline generation• Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-changing environments• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and executive engagements• Strong ownership mindset with an AI-first approach to productivity and workflows
