Principal Program Manager, AMIJOB LOCATION: Waltham, MA or Hicksville, NY (2-3 days onsite per week) WAGE RANGE*: $70-85/hr W2 only JOB NUMBER: NGGJP00017969JOB DESCRIPTION: The Role Responsible for managing the timely execution of meter installations, and services to ensure the delivery of the program goals. This position will involve daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of stakeholder management, strong team collaboration and communication capabilities.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, driving efficiency while ensuring timely delivery of inventory and program timelinesManage program/product timelines, roadmap, and communicate progress to stakeholdersMonitor and analyze productivity performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performanceSupport program increment planning efforts across product teams providing clarification and definition of objectivesMonitor and report monthly/annual workplan forecasting and progress.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve planning processes, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.About YouBS/BA degree preferred3 - 5+ years of experience in product/program management or workplan management required2+ years of product or program management in a utility preferredPMP certification preferredExperience in strategic leadership, IT infrastructure, analytics, and outsourcing management requiredProven experience articulating complex ideas and influencing in a matrix environment requiredValid driver's license requiredEqual opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities * While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
