Solutions Engineering Manager
As the Solutions Engineering Leader, you will connect their cutting-edge technology to real-world decarbonization goals. You'll serve as the customer's 'technical' voice, translating their clients' needs into solutions.This opportunity will be connected to all internal teams (sales, customer success, and product), so we're looking to speak to individuals who have pre/post-sales and program development experience in smart buildings and/or energy efficiency.Our client has a strong brand and actual use cases, delivering value and supporting the built environment's sustainability goals with some of the largest asset managers and CRE portfolios in North America—sounds pretty exciting, right?There are three themes to this opportunity.Pre-Sales Support;Assist prospective customers in evaluating and purchasing Audette.Collaborate with Sales to identify customer needs and pain points.Deliver impactful demonstrations of our SaaS platform and modeling methodology.Work with technical teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.Post-Sales Support;Ensure customers achieve their goals and maximize Audette's value.Partner with Customer Success for technical implementation and onboarding.Create and deliver product training and support materials.Consult with customers to secure buy-in for decarbonization and identify further opportunities.Program Development;Build and lead the Solutions Engineering team.Translate customer needs into technical requirements.Continuously improve processes for efficiency.What we're searching for?5+ years of client-facing experience in commercial real estate, including sustainability consulting, carbon accounting, energy management, or energy auditing (ESG experience preferred).2+ years of people management experience.Proficient in client-facing data analytics and visualizations.Ability to work autonomously and resourcefully in dynamic, early-stage startup environments.Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement for self and team.If you're interested in hearing about the details, then get in touch directly.lewis@lewismartinc.com
