Mobile Facilities Technician

At Seamless FM , our Mobile Facilities Technicians are the backbone of our service delivery. Based out of Los Angeles, you'll travel across a portfolio of client sites providing responsive, high-quality maintenance and repair work. If you thrive on variety, work well independently, and take pride in keeping facilities at their best, this role is built for you.What you'll doTravel between multiple client sites across the Greater Los Angeles area to perform scheduled and reactive maintenanceCarry out repairs across general trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and paintingComplete work orders efficiently and document all service activity through our mobile platformConduct site walkthroughs and flag maintenance issues proactivelyServe as the on-site point of contact for clients, representing Seamless FM professionallyCoordinate with the dispatch team to manage daily schedules and prioritiesWhat we're looking for3+ years of facilities, building maintenance, or multi-trade technician experienceHands-on skills across at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)Comfortable working independently and managing a mobile schedule across multiple sitesFamiliarity with California building codes and safety requirements (Title 24 knowledge a plus)Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record (required)Strong communication skills and a client-facing, professional demeanorWhat we offerCompetitive hourly rate based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision benefitsCompany vehicle, fuel card, and tools providedPaid time off and holidaysMileage and travel reimbursement where applicableSupportive dispatch team and clear career growth pathPowered by JazzHR
