Sales Operations Analyst III
Responsible for accurate commission payments for company sales representatives by maintaining proper commission set-up. Maintain constant open lines of communication between order entry, product setup, and finance to resolve issues regarding order and products. Enhance opportunities with customized reporting and auditing to ensure proper commission payment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Oversee commission system set-up and expenses; understand when, to whom and how to escalate issues that causes commission discrepancies.• Work daily/weekly with International Third-Party Vendor on order/data feed issues. Each year as compensation changes, serve as a consultant to translate business requirements into processes or technical systems solutions, working with developers to ensure their design follows company standards. Utilize tools to deliver appropriate solutions and stream line processes.• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of company business, including Rental, Capital and Service Contract sales for US and Canada (Acute Care and Extended Care sales).• Receive, review and process sales trace data for Front Line Care (FLC) and Trumpf transactions.• Understand order entry processes to perform root cause analysis on commission issues.• Review open order changes to ensure proper commission payment is reconciled.• Create both custom and standardized reports utilizing Cognos and/or Microsoft Access.• Review field goal attainment and calculate complex bonus payments, including bonus accruals throughout the year.• Solve problems through commission reconciliation, and/or correcting billing errors related to sales orders, communicating with customer service departments to prevent similar errors in the future.• Analyze commission expense trends by product and take action to address and or notify management when necessary.
