The position is responsible for assessing damages and repairing them proficiently and with appropriate methods of repair for case goods, leather, marble, and upholstery according to departmental standards.Day in the Life as This Memory Maker:Assess and repair furniture proficiently with appropriate methods for case goods, leather, marble, and upholstery according to departmental standards.Read and understand parts listsAbility to view product as a customer maintaining highest quality of perceptionProduce a quality score of 85% or better for all repairsMaintain organized and safe workspace for self and othersCoach and direct proper lifting techniquesExhibit personal excellence by accepting cross-training opportunities.Maintain personal and facility safety by following all material handling and warehouse safety guidelines.Follow company Attendance Policies.Other duties as assigned.Memory Maker Perks & BenefitsHourly.
