Technical Program/Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program / Portfolio Manager to support strategic technology initiatives within an IT delivery environment. This role focuses on planning, structuring, and managing technology portfolios to drive business value, modernization efforts, and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program and portfolio management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, including executives, engineers, architects, and business teamsLead planning and structuring of technology initiatives to support business value deliveryAssess project scope and support prioritization across technology initiatives to drive modernizationBuild and maintain strong relationships with IT and product teamsDevelop and manage portfolio processes to optimize delivery, cost, and efficiencyDocument portfolio plans and present updates to technical, business, and leadership audiencesSupport planning and execution of initiatives aligned with portfolio goals, including OKRs, KRs, and KPIsAssist with change management initiatives across teams and the organizationManage financial aspects of programs and projects, including budgeting and forecastingIdentify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiativesPerform additional duties as required in alignment with organizational objectivesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience7–10 years of experience in technology project, program, or portfolio management rolesProven experience managing technology modernization initiativesStrong understanding of portfolio, program, and project management methodologiesExperience creating and managing project/program plans, budgets, schedules, and resourcesStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated leadership and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to identify, analyze, and manage dependencies across multiple initiativesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience in the financial services industryFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and frameworksExperience supporting large-scale enterprise technology programsJ-18808-Ljbffr
