About This Role We are seeking a driven, highly organized contractor Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Brand Insights, Strategy & Management team. You will be the connective tissue that keeps every workstream moving, ensures priorities are sharp, and keeps stakeholders informed. You will support quarterly planning, run weekly stand-ups, and help leadership prepare for decisions. You will help the team intake, prioritize, and deliver week over week. In partnership with the team Ops Lead, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving key brand project workstreams to deliver on time, on scope, and on budget.
What You Will Do Project Management & Workstream Oversight: Work with the Ops Lead to track and manage key team workstreams, ensuring deadlines, owners, and milestones are clearly documented and maintained
Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Build and manage project plans from kickoff through delivery with clarity and accountability
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across teams; flag blockers or risks proactively and help facilitate resolution
Executive Communications & Meeting Support
Organize talking points, agendas for weekly SVP-level meetings
Take notes, capture decisions, and track action items from leadership syncs
Draft and send executive-facing recaps and follow-up communications
Help drive decision-making by ensuring the right context and information is surfaced ahead of meetings
Quarterly Planning
Lead the team's quarterly planning process, including timeline management, template creation, and facilitation of planning sessions
Synthesize team inputs into a consolidated view of priorities, capacity, and commitments
Partner with stakeholders to ensure plans are realistic and aligned with broader organizational goals
Intake & Prioritization Management
Support monitoring and managing the team's intake channel, triaging incoming requests
Work with the team SMEs to develop a consistent process for evaluating, prioritizing, and routing requests
Maintain a visible backlog of work to support ongoing planning conversations
What Experience You Have 5-7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within a marketing, creative, or brand organization
Experience with Brand Insights, Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy, and Brand Management workstreams
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders, including preparing materials and facilitating decision-making
Comfortable owning a quarterly planning process end-to-end - from timeline setting to facilitation to synthesis
Experience managing intake and prioritization processes across a team or function
High level of comfort with Slack, Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs), and project tracking tools
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain momentum without close oversight
Agency or in-house creative/marketing team experience preferred
