(Not Elgin, Cache, or the surrounding areas).Permanent Placement Fee: 25%Salary Range: #### - ####/hour (based on experience)The Physical Therapy Assistant's (Home Health) primary function is to perform selected physical therapy procedures andrelated tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. The Assistant willtreat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with patient's medical needs and with anapproved treatment plan and will understand their limitations as an assistant. The assistant will assist inmaintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. The assistant will complete all documentationof daily notes and discharge data.
