Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Carson City, NV. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage profit and loss (P&L) performance, and drive strategic planning initiatives. Additional responsibilities include implementing effective operational strategies, optimizing resource utilization, fostering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Qualifications Proven skills in Operations Management and ability to optimize manufacturing processesStrong experience in P&L Management, including budget planning and cost controlAbility to lead Customer Service initiatives that align with company quality standardsProficiency in Strategic Planning to set business goals and define long-term strategiesExpertise in Project Management to organize, direct, and ensure successful project completionExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesOptional if you have work experience and proven leadership ability: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Operations, or a related field; MBA is a plusExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments highly preferred
