Accounts Payable AnalystJoin our growing team in Frisco as an Accounts Payable Analyst! In this role, you'll play an integral part in our accounting department, supporting essential tasks that drive the company's success. We're looking for a motivated AP Analyst with two or more years of experience who can collaborate with business partners across the organization to ensure seamless, timely processing. Working alongside a close-knit team, you'll deepen your knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where we also make time to unwind and connect. This is an on-site office position. We currently work in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.ResponsibilitiesReview and record international and domestic vendor invoices timely and accuratelyProcess check requests for payments including reviewing, scanning, coding, entering, and ensuring appropriate supporting documentation and approval levelsProcess Travel & Expense reportsRespond to vendor and internal inquiries and research to resolve concerns or discrepanciesMaintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practicesRequirementsAt least 2 years of solid experience in a high volume, fast paced A/P environmentAccounts Payable analysis and assistance with weekly check and ACH runs and domestic & international wire transfersIntermediate knowledge of Excel and WordProficient in data entryAttention to detail and accuracy with a strong ability to organize and prioritizeExcellent Communications skills both written and verbalMeet Boingo named among the Best Places to Work!Boingo Wireless simplifies complex wireless challenges to connect people, business and things.
