Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Assistant located in the Greater Richmond Region. The Dental Assistant will support dental procedures by preparing treatment rooms, assisting dentists during procedures, and ensuring the comfort of patients. Responsibilities include sterilizing instruments, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing patient education for oral care routines. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care. Qualifications Proficiency in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care practicesExperience with Sterilization protocols and maintaining a clean clinical environmentSkilled in Dental Assisting, including chairside support during proceduresStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to ensure patient comfort and satisfactionRelevant certification in dental assistance or completion of an accredited dental assisting programCPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plusPrevious experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred
