This role will play a critical part in developing best practices, mentoring the estimating team, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and continuously develop the estimating team with a strong team-first mindsetOversee the estimating process across all tradesEstablish and maintain standardized procedures, methods, and processes for:Estimating and scope reviewsCustomer relationshipsTraining and developmentBid proposal preparationSoftware managementCost analysisProduct inventory scheduling and reviewCollaborate closely with Preconstruction, Operations, and Business Development teamsStay current with industry tools, software, and technological advancementsManage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentQualifications5+ years of experience in mechanical estimatingProven leadership experience within an estimating functionStrong understanding of mechanical systemsProficiency with estimating softwareExcellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
