As an Area Manager, you canproudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope,healing, and resilience in Idahos youth by being part of the leadershipof an organization that maintains a network of over 20 thrift stores,eCommerce, and various specialty shops within our thrift stores; theprofits of which go to fund our Programs and Services and make themaccessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.Must Haves: Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalentExperience 3+ years of experience in and IYR thrift store or similar industry Interest in and knowledge of the retail environment, includinggeneral knowledge of popular brands, product pricing and antiquesOur Area Manager: Serves as a positive leader and representative of the Idaho YouthRanch to both staff and members of the community. Maintains a team dynamic amongst Managers and staff in assignedarea, creating an extensive support system. Ensures the assigned stores are fully staffed, stocked, merchandisedto agency standards and are consistently executing agency programsand initiatives.\As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifyingemployer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. ThePLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specificconditions.
