As a key player in our team, you'll craft and execute cutting-edge strategies that not only strengthen our market dominance but also fuel sales growth of our electrifying portfolio of core and innovative products.The Impact You'll Make:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and market share in the independent vending and wholesale channelsRelationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, vending operators, and wholesale partners, to ensure total alignment and expansion of the total portfolio, inclusive of innovationSales Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics timely. Implement corrective actions and strategies with great sense of urgency to achieve sales targets and business objectivesMarket Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, while analyzing the competitive landscape to drive outlet performance. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and actionsProgram Development and Execution: Design, implement, and oversee promotional programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing brand presence and driving sales within the independent vending and wholesale channelsCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and programsTeam Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goalsBudget Management: Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives within the independent vending and wholesale channels. Monitor expenditures and ensure effective allocation of resourcesPerformance Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.Communicate updates and progress made aligning KPIs, challenges, and opportunities effectivelyCompliance and Standards: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company direction, major pillars. Promote ethical behavior and integrity within the team and channel partnersWho You Are:Prefer a bachelor's degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing or related field of studyAdditional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in sales management, distributor management, or key account, customer relationship managementAdditional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in leading and coaching high-performing sales teams, with a demonstrated ability to train, develop talent, and consistently deliver on the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Computer Skills Desired: PowerPoint, Excel, iPad, Power BiMonster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
