Branch Manager

Job Description Position Title: Branch ManagerReports To: Director of OperationsSupervises: Area Managers, Coverage and Training Specialists, Site Supervisors and/or Frontline employeesBasic Function: Be a direct extension of the executive leadership/ownership by loving people well, serving clients with excellence, and managing processes, profitability and overall branch success.Major ResponsibilitiesTeamLove People; the number one priority of leaders in our organization. Recruit, train and direct Area Managers, Coverage and Training Specialists, Site Supervisors and Frontline Employees as needed.
