To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub.About Our TeamWe are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to drive the in-market success of Lenovo Qira (AI), a across-device personal-AI for PCs, tablets, and smartphones.This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, with a strong emphasis on field enablement, live demonstrations, and partner engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly collaborative, and is passionate about bringing innovative AI experiences to life for customers and partners.Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL; Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Travel: The expected travel for this role is 20-30%.What You'll Do Event Demo OwnershipOwn the end-to-end Lenovo Qira demo strategy across customer, partner, sales, and executive engagementsCreate compelling live demonstrations of Lenovo Qira across multiple devices (PC, tablet, phone)Ensure consistent, high-quality representation of the AI experience for in-person and virtual engagementsTranslate product capabilities into clear, engaging, real-world use casesCreate, manage, and continuously improve a library of standardized demo scripts, demo flows, FAQs, and supporting assetsEnsure demo environments, devices, software builds, and content are fully prepared, tested, and ready ahead of all events and customer meetingsPartner with product and engineering teams to stay current on the latest Lenovo Qira capabilities and ensure demos reflect the latest roadmap and feature setServe as the primary point of contact and escalation owner for all demo-related requests, issues, and logisticsTrain and certify sales teams, field teams, and partners on how to deliver consistent and effective Lenovo Qira demonstrationsTailor demo experiences for different audiences, including retail partners, distributors, enterprise customers, and executive stakeholdersGather feedback from demos and customer interactions to improve messaging, product positioning, and future demo content Partner Stakeholder EngagementSupport partner meetings, including retail partners, distributors, and enterprise customersAct as a subject matter expert on Lenovo Qira AI capabilities and value propositionBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption Sales Enablement Field SupportCollaborate closely with sales leaders and field teams to support pipeline development and deal accelerationEquip sales teams with tools, messaging, and demo strategies to effectively position Lenovo QiraProvide hands-on support for key opportunities, including customer presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrations Go-to-Market ExecutionSupport the rollout of GTM strategies for Lenovo Qira across device categoriesEnsure AI software is positioned as an integrated part of the device experience, not an add-onGather and share field insights and feedback to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with product, marketing, and sales teams to refine messaging, demos, and positioningContribute to the development of sales assets, training materials, and demo contentBasic Qualifications8+ years of experience in go-to-market, sales enablement, product marketing, field marketing, or demo program managementExperience in consumer electronics, software, or AI-driven productsProven experience owning or managing product demonstrations for customers, partners, or executive audiencesPreferred QualificationsStrong presentation and demo skills—comfortable engaging both small groups and large audiencesProven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authorityHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel for events, partner meetings, and field supportFlexibility for evening meetings and callsThe base salary budgeted range for this position is $150K - $160K.
