Write unit tests, sometimes with help from more senior engineers and participate in code reviews Gain context within the team's domain, practices and processes with help from more senior engineers and colleagues Proactively learn about code and development best practices Actively seek feedback from their teammates and manager, and use the feedback as a tool for growth
