This role will focus on PTC Creo product support, customization, and integration, helping enhance engineering workflows and system efficiency within a secure, mission-critical environment.This is a hands-on, highly technical role working directly with engineering tools, system integrations, and end users.What You’ll DoInstall, configure, and support PTC Creo products (Creo Parametric, CreoView, Creo Illustrate)Integrate Creo with Windchill and support system functionalityCustomize CAD software through scripting/programming to meet organizational needsDevelop and improve engineering workflows and best practicesEnhance user interfaces and system usability for improved efficiencyProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Creo usersSupport system upgrades and enhancementsCreate and maintain technical documentationCollaborate with cross-functional engineering and IT teamsParticipate in meetings and provide status updatesRequired EducationCandidates must meet one of the following combinations:PhD in a technical field with relevant experienceMaster’s degree in a technical field with 2–10 years of related experienceBachelor’s degree in a technical field with 5–15 years of related experienceAssociate’s degree in a technical field with 10–20 years of related experienceRequired QualificationsActive Q Clearance (or equivalent eligible for reciprocity)Strong proficiency in Creo / Pro-E (Creo Parametric) with advanced modeling capabilitiesExperience with PTC product environments and integrations (Windchill preferred)Ability to customize CAD tools via scripting or programmingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailEffective communication and documentation skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeMust be local to Oak Ridge, TN and able to work on-site daily (no relocation or travel reimbursement)What You’ll DeliverTechnical documentation and system updatesOngoing support for PTC Creo environmentsSuccessful execution of Creo upgrades and enhancementsImproved workflows and system efficiencyCollaboration with stakeholders to meet engineering system needsAbout KeyLogic:Supporting critical missions at the intersection of data and science, KeyLogic provides mission management, systems analysis, data analytics, digital transformation, and cybersecurity to customers in the energy, federal civilian, and defense sectors, with a 20+ year portfolio of successes supporting DOE, DOC, EPA, DOD, DHS, FBI, and other federal agencies challenged with complex missions.
