Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in York, PA. The representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing orders, handling complaints, and ensuring timely and efficient communication with customers. The role includes coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive customer experience to support the company's operations and client satisfaction goals. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teamsProficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and handling customer concerns with professionalismDetail-oriented with the ability to manage records, track orders, and ensure accuracy in all interactionsProficiency in using customer management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other computer applicationsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer requests and prioritiesHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is an advantagePrevious experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferredAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
