The RN will provide quality nursing care to residents/patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and ensure the highest level of care and safety.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct patient care according to individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.Monitor patient status, assess patient needs, and report changes in condition to the physician and interdisciplinary team.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records.Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.Supervise and direct care provided by LPNs and CNAs.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Follow infection control and safety protocols.Required Qualifications:Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.Minimum of 1 year of nursing experienceCurrent BLS/CPR certificationStrong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.To Apply:Please submit an updated resume.
