The right candidate will thrive at the intersection of technology, analytics, and creative campaign execution.Core Areas of FocusTechnical & Platform LeadershipOwn the day-to-day operation, configuration, and long-term improvement of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.Design and implement solutions across multiple modules, including advanced automations, mobile messaging, and landing page experiences.Direct API integrations, complex data flows, and scripting using SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS.Safeguard compliance with all applicable regulations governing digital outreach.Strategic Direction & PlanningSet and manage the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and marketing goals.Translate market and customer insights into automated campaigns that boost acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.Identify gaps in current processes and recommend innovative automation and data strategies.Collaboration & Team DevelopmentProvide coaching and guidance to developers and specialists working within SFMC.Build strong partnerships with marketing strategists, analytics teams, and technology groups to ensure seamless delivery.Foster a culture of experimentation, measurement, and continuous optimization.Campaign Execution & OptimizationLaunch and refine complex, multi-channel customer journeys.Run structured tests to improve messaging and targeting, leveraging AI-based recommendations when appropriate.Monitor campaign results, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to improve conversions and overall ROI.Innovation & Emerging TechnologyStay informed about updates to SFMC and the broader martech landscape.Pilot new capabilities—especially in personalization, predictive analytics, and AI—to strengthen customer connections.Continuously evolve platform usage to maximize value and efficiency.What You Bring5+ years of experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a strong record of technical implementation.Advanced skills in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and API-based integrations.Proven ability to lead marketing automation projects from concept to launch.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in agile project tools such as Jira.Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud or Agentforce is a plus.SFMC certifications are highly valued.
