Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A & Reporting)Position OverviewTriasMD is seeking a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, consolidation, and performance analysis across a rapidly growing, multi-entity healthcare platform.This role sits at the intersection of:FP&A and operating performance Financial reporting and consolidations Lender and audit readiness You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, supporting lender compliance, and driving visibility into operating performance across the organization.Core Responsibilities1. FP&A & Operating Performance (≈40%)Analyze performance vs. budget, prior year, and ramp expectations Build and maintain reporting on: Case volume Revenue trends Site-level contribution margins Support Monthly Operating Review and board materials Identify key drivers of performance and variance 2. Financial Reporting & Consolidations (≈25%)Support monthly consolidation across all entities in Sage Intacct Maintain and review elimination entries (intercompany, equity, etc.) Assist in preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements Ensure accuracy and completeness of consolidated reporting 3. Lender Reporting & Covenant Support (≈15%)Support preparation of monthly and quarterly lender reporting packages Assist with compliance certificate reporting Track key metrics: Liquidity Leverage ratio Ensure consistency with credit agreement definitions4. Intercompany & Multi-Entity Support (≈10–15%)Track and reconcile intercompany balances across entities Support development of scalable intercompany processes Assist with entity-level reporting and structural changes 5. Process Improvement & Systems (≈10%)Improve reporting automation and close timelines Maintain data integrity within ERP (Sage Intacct or similar) Support development of scalable finance processesQualifications4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or transaction advisory Strong understanding of: Financial statements Multi-entity environments Experience in: Healthcare, multi-site, or PE-backed businesses (preferred) Advanced Excel skills required ERP experience (Sage Intacct or similar preferred)CPA preferredKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ownership mindset Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong communication skills with ability to interface cross-functionally What Success Looks LikeAccurate and timely monthly reporting package Clear visibility into site-level performance drivers No surprises in lender reporting or compliance Fully reconciled intercompany balances Improved reporting efficiency and scalability Why Should You Work Here: Nationally Recognized Surgeons: Join a team of surgeons with national recognition in the fields of spine and sports medicine.
