Job DescriptionThe Industry Advisor, US Securities Services is expected to be a practitioner who has worked in the US Securities Services Middle and Back Office areas for US Asset Managers, Broker Dealers or Custodians in the capacity of an operation manager, operations head or as a product manager. He/She is expected to bring and deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of the US securities industry.Primary ResponsibilitiesHelp sales team understand the business context of the RFPHelp Sales team articulate the product features ability to simplify the day-in-life of the securities services operations teamBuild, grow and sustain effective CXO, EVP, SVP relationships within the top 100 US Financial institutionsBe the primary evangelist for TCS BaNCS on the industry associations Take up chair and co-chair opportunities and industry working committeesDrive thought leadership by publishing articles, collaborating with marketing teams on podcastGet in the industry panels on themes impacting the future of securities servicesQualifications20+ years of experience within the US Securities Services Industry in Operations and Product Management functionsExperience in running core transformationsAbility to collaborate with cross functional team that we geographically dispersed across multiple time-zonesExperience in building new key relationships across client organizations from CIO, COO to process owners by understanding the political complexities, delivering customized value propositions and creating credibilityAbility to stay focused through complexity, ambiguity adapt to a fast-paced, changing environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSalary Range: $165,800-$250,000 a year
