B2BAbout the RoleThe Company is in search of a Head of Revenue Strategy and Operations to play a pivotal role in driving predictable growth across its multi-product, global SaaS business. The successful candidate will be a senior, data-driven revenue operator with a proven track record in shaping revenue strategy within a high-growth, multi-product B2B enterprise SaaS environment. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing revenue growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance the buyer journey. The role demands a hands-on approach to building models, analyzing data, and creating insights, as well as the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams to achieve key performance and financial targets.Key responsibilities for the Head of Revenue Strategy and Operations include forecasting and pipeline management, revenue analytics and insights, and establishing governance for revenue operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with revenue analytics systems, strong financial modeling capabilities, and a background in designing data flows and system architectures. They should be adept at leveraging AI and automation to solve business problems and improve workflows. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to and influencing C-suite executives, and a leader with a proven ability to drive change and manage cross-functional alignment. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are essential.Hiring Manager Title
