Aya Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Market to doctors offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, ALFs and other referral sources to grow market share; Conduct in-services presentations and educational luncheons for referral sources; Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing/sales activities for company services; Maintain and expand relationships with referral sources and accounts; Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning when needed
