The ideal candidate will have experience in production design, color theory, and digital design to create high-quality printed materials. **Duties:** - Operate and maintain screen printing equipment - Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing - Ensure accurate color matching and registration - Inspect and troubleshoot prints for quality control - Clean and maintain work area and equipment **Experience:** - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for design creation - Knowledge of color theory for effective color selection - Familiarity with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics - Experience with 2D and 3D animation techniques - Ability to work with Sketchup for design visualization - Strong art direction skills to guide design projects **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Screen Printer or similar role - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Benefits:** - Competitive salary based on experience and skills - Opportunities for skill development and growth within the company If you have a passion for screen printing and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
