This is a full-time, in-office role for an experienced commercial real estate professional who is ready to operate at a higher level within a boutique, entrepreneurial environment. The Associate will be responsible for leading day-to-day brokerage activities, managing client relationships, and executing transactions across retail, office, and mixed-use assignments. You will work closely with the founder and senior leadership on active deals, strategy, and business development.ResponsibilitiesSource new tenants and build relationships across the industryLead and support lease and sale transactions from prospecting through closingNegotiate deal terms and analyze transaction structuresPerform market surveys, outreach, and targeted business developmentDevelop and distribute marketing packages to prospective tenants and clientsMaintain a strong understanding of demographics, traffic patterns, and market trendsTrack competitor data, rental rates, and active transactionsContribute to client strategy, positioning, and growth initiativesQualifications1-2 years of commercial real estate experience (preferred)Bachelor’s degree (Business or Real Estate preferred)Texas Real Estate License requiredExperience in canvassing, prospecting, and cold callingA track record of transaction history and client relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong relationship-building, negotiation, and analytical skillsHighly organized with strong time-management abilitieSelf-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a teamComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentCompensationHighly competitive commission structureAmong the highest splits in the industryPlatform support for marketing, research, and backend operationsOpportunity to work directly with leadership and grow within a boutique firm
