About Our Client:The organization operates in the healthcare staffing and remote patient support sector, focusing on connecting patients with Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) services. About the Opportunity:The Remote Enrollment Coordinator - CMA/RMA plays a vital role in guiding patients through enrollment in CCM and RPM programs. This position ensures accurate documentation and compliance, supports patient understanding of healthcare services, and facilitates smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers. The role contributes directly to patient engagement and the effective delivery of remote healthcare services.3. Responsibilities:• Contact patients to introduce CCM and RPM services and explain program benefits.• Guide patients through the enrollment and consent process.• Document patient interactions and enrollment activities accurately within EMR systems.• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and internal documentation standards.• Respond to patient questions regarding care coordination and program expectations.• Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams for effective communication and patient transitions.• Manage daily outreach goals and follow-up tasks while maintaining organized workflows.• Support positive patient experiences with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.4. Requirements:• Active, nationally recognized CMA or RMA certification.• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.• Experience working with CCM and/or RPM programs.• Proficiency with EMR systems and Google Suite.• Dedicated, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.• Strong time management, organizational, and independent work skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with patient empathy.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Pay rate: $17–$20 per hour.6.
