Accountabilities Support Revenue Cycle and payer expansion initiatives through project management. Own post-launch performance monitoring and optimization. Work cross-functionally to diagnose issues and improve workflows. Build scalable systems that enhance collection performance. Combine strategic problem-solving with operational execution. Requirements 5+ years of diverse revenue cycle management experience. 3+ years in management or strategy consulting with end-to-end transformation. Proven track record of designing and scaling processes. Expert ability in effective communication and problem-solving. Proficiency in Excel/GSheets for data analysis.
