Licensed Massage Therapist

Seeking experienced massage therapist(s) for a part-time position working 2-3 days per week within our integrative wellness center in Mid-Michigan. This is a great opportunity to work in a positive, friendly environment alongside therapists that are passionate about their work. We provide front office staff for scheduling, payment and efficient room turnover and checkout, supplies such as tools, linens, and lotions. In addition to the listed service pay, our therapist's gratuities generally average $15-$20 per 60 min session. Duties - Perform therapeutic massages of soft tissues and joints to provide pain relief and promote relaxation -Perform deep tissue therapy -Physically able to perform a minimum of 5-6 therapeutic massages per day -Maintain proper massage flow and ability to work along side another therapist for couples massages - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and document treatment progress Experience - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed massage therapist - Proficient in occupational health and safety practices related to massage therapy - Ability to provide exceptional patient service, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for clients Skills - Therapeutic massage - Deep tissue massage -Prenatal experience (preferred) -Craniosacral therapy (preferred) -Cupping therapy (preferred - potential training provided for the right candidate) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Supplemental Pay: Tips Application Question(s): How many therapeutic massages are you comfortable doing in one day?
