The team is based in San Francisco and includes engineers, designers, and operators from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, IMC, Shopify, LinkedIn, and Microsoft.About The RoleWe're hiring our Founding Growth member to help scale Conversion's go-to-market from the ground up.You'll own and build out our demand generation motion: running experiments across channels, creating campaigns, and handling events with customers and leads.
