Manage and resolve ongoing litigation matters through negotiation and strategic legal approaches.Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.Represent the organization at court hearings, mediations, and trials within the assigned region (mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed).Work closely with internal teams, external counsel, and opposing parties to achieve fair and timely case resolutions.Minimum QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.
