Duties
Managing a condo/HOA portfolio
Budgeting/financial management
Bid procurement.
Scheduling maintenance/repairs
Email/phone correspondence with board members, residents, service providers, etc.
Rule compliance issues, etc.
Day-to-day business operations and the oversight of the community in accordance with the association governing documents
Other assignments are necessary to effectively lead the board/community.
Requirements
Previous HOA/condo portfolio management experience preferred but not required. (CMCA designation a plus)
Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent people skills and proven ability to maintain working relationships
Good verbal/written communication skills as this position entail frequent communication with our clients and co-workers.
Works well with others and has a good "TEAM" work ethic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, emphasis in Word and Excel
Detailed oriented
Strong organizational with the ability to prioritize and conflict resolution skills
Available to attend evening board meetings in person and by webcam
Willing to accept challenging tasks and communicate with challenging people while maintaining a positive attitude throughout

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
