The property blends architectural grandeur with modern design, offering a distinctive hospitality experience alongside a dynamic mix of food & beverage, retail, and residential offerings.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in driving room revenue and delivering exceptional client experiences.Position OverviewThe Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless execution of bookings, proposals, and client communications. This role is critical to maintaining organization, accuracy, and responsiveness across all sales efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Sales team with proposals, contracts, and client correspondenceManage inbound inquiries and assist with lead qualification and follow-upCoordinate site visits, client meetings, and sales presentationsMaintain CRM systems with accurate account details, activity, and reportingAssist with group bookings, room blocks, and internal coordination with operations teamsPrepare sales reports, tracking metrics, and performance summariesEnsure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on timeProvide general administrative support to the Sales teamQualifications1–3 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or administrative support preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or hotel systems preferredA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learnWhy This RoleThis role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a high-performing sales team at one of Detroit’s most dynamic hospitality properties.
